How to Place an Order
Placing an order with Katsu Designs is easy and safe. We will explain everything you need to know on this page. You may place an order on-line using the convenient "Add to Cart"  or "View Cart"  buttons found on every product page, which will take you to our payment processor, PayPal. (PayPal is a well-respected name in on-line payment, and you can trust their security measures.) We can also process orders by phone (816-268-4662), and accept checks and money orders by mail (see Contact for address).  Via PayPal we can accept credit card payments from VISA and MasterCard. Click on the PayPal logo for detailed information about the PayPal payment process. (Credit card orders also accepted by phone.)
Payment Methods 
We can accept credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard — either by phone (816-268-4662) or through our online payment processor, PayPal (using a guaranteed secure connection and data encryption). Payment is also accepted by cashier check, money order, and personal check. Mail orders will be processed only after the check or money order has been received by us, and has cleared the bank. (This is typically 15 days for personal checks.) You should take this into account when considering shipping time and expected delivery date. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Our preferred carrier is the US Postal Service. All night lights are shipped via USPS. Wall lamps are shipped by UPS. Shipping charges are based on the total purchase price of the order and are as follows:
- $0.01 — $40.00 $7.50 S&H
- $40.01 — $163.00 $10.50 S&H
- $163.01 — and up $15.00 S&H
If the shipping address is outside of the USA, please call or email for shipping costs. We make every attempt to process and mail your order as rapidly as possible, and will contact you if there is any significant delay.
